Fig 1. Ancestors - Standard

The pedigree charts can display up to eight generations in four different formats (plus Ahnentafel format). Attached photos and drop down data boxes with additional information make it easy for you to trace the information you seek. With a single click, jump to the individual page or a new pedigree for anyone on the chart. You can even switch parents!

Show a listing, by generation, of all ancestors with photos and/or histories for any given individual.

Fig 7 Ancestors - Individual

All individual and family records are laid out in a simple user-friendly format, with each person you'll also see links to photos, histories, headstones and other charts, plus notes and sources, and family records for each marriage.

Fig 8 Ancestors - Relationship

To find the relationship between the individual you are looking at and a second person, add the second persons name into the Person 2; change to: box, or use the find link to locate the second person, and click calculate. The result will appear as below.

Above you can see the relationship between John Appleton, 1826-1887, and William John Appleton, the second person.

Fig 9 Ancestors - Time Line

Time Line enables you to see some of the major historical events iin the life span of the individual being researched. The bar below the individuals name is the measured life span, in this instance 1918 - 1950. The small numeral links below will take you to detail of the event for that instant in time, notice the first link would display "The end of the 1st world war". You can add other people in order to make comparisons.

Fig 10 Ancestors - Suggest

If you come across an error or omission and wish to have it corrected, you can use the "Suggest" form. Enter your name, E-mail address and the details of your suggestion and submit the filled in form.
